Pricing:● First and foremost, I do not negotiate with my prices. Although, you are allowed to ask how much something will cost, if you're not sure yourself.● Secondly, payment via money, art, or any other specified payment method must be made once the sketch is finished and you have given me the approval to continue forward to line art.● Thirdly, I do not do refunds unless it is for a valid reason, an example is a life problem has come up. If this happens more than 3 times I will refuse to do a commission from you, so make sure you are able to pay.[------------------------------------------------------]
Timing:● I am a very busy man with lots of things to do, so please be patient. Normally a progress update shouldn’t take more than a week, but if it does then it’s because I’ve no time.● First come first serve, I’ll tell you where you are in line after we are finished talking about the details about the commission or anytime you ask. Don’t ask everyday, if you’d like to know I can tell you when you move up in the line, and I will always notify you when I’m working on your commission.● I am not always on, I’m very inconsistent with being online, but I’m on at least once a day, so it won’t take long for me to respond to you. On the other hand DO NOT GHOST ME, if you don’t respond in a week I’ll stop working on it till I get a response.[------------------------------------------------------]

What You Can Use My Work For:This section labels out how you’re allowed to go about with my work including how you can use it/what you can use it for. Failure to follow the rules will result in you sent to the Blacklist and you aren’t allowed to commission me again.What you can do:
● Post the art online on any platform with credit via Discord or Instagram
● Make edits of any kind as long as you point out the changes made if shared
● Use P2U bases as adopts
● Trace artwork for Practice use only, do not share or post unless you’re just sharing it with friends, then just give creditWhat you can’t do:
● Post or share without credit
● Put art in a AI art generator
● Make edits to the art and not point it out when posting
● Get rid of the watermark
● Take credit for the art
● Use F2U bases as adopts
● Trace and post the traced work to social media
● Turn artwork into merch and resell said merch, personal use is completely fine. If you would like to make merch, you can for a added priceFailure to follow this and I’ll send you a message asking you to fix the problem. Failure to fix will result in you going on the blacklist.
